The Water and Geotechnical Research Association (WAGRA), as an independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization, founded in 2020 with a group of experts and researchers in the field of water and geotechnical resources. According to the articles of the association, our main goal is to create a platform for the study, research and development of sciences related to water and geotechnics throughout the country.
