• Work on important research topics of geotechnical engineering, including (Geotechnical Structures, Soil Improvement and Geotechnics in the Urban Area) according to the specific and important issues raised in the specialized meetings of the association
• Appointing experts to work on research topics determined in the specialized meetings of the association
• Cooperation and coordination with other specialized committees, especially the publication committee in order to publish scientific and research articles
• Report on the activities of the committee in the weekly meetings of the association
