• Involvement of the association in large construction projects such as dams, sewerage and other hydraulic structures for research and studies (Memorandum of Understanding with government departments to cooperate with the association in the field of studies and research in projects)
• Work on a Memorandum of Understanding with government agencies to share the required information and data
• Attracting students from different universities of the country for research in the provinces and places where the members of the association
• Advertising for the association in order to strengthen and expand the activities of the association
• Liaison with donors and other international organizations to attract funding and investment in strengthening and expanding the activities of the association
• Communicate with international institutions and universities to update the practical resources of the association (software, new research methods and scientific issues) by participating in conferences, workshops and seminars, both in person and online.
• Provide funding for some online courses to enhance the capacity of the association
• Attract new members according to the type of membership (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze)
• Establishing understanding and cooperation with other national and international associations (Afghan Engineers Association, Construction Companies Union, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Education Committee to hold promotional conferences in universities and academy institutions to attract members
• Report on the activities of the committee in the weekly meetings of the association
• Establish more communication between researchers and experts
